Hare Krishna Maha Mantra
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Hare. The Hare Krishna Maha Mantra is one of the most popular mantras of current times. It is a mantra which has many benefits.
The mantra can bring about many changes on regular chanting. The entire mantra has 16 names of the Lord. In Kaliyuga, it is said that chanting the names of the Lord is the highest form of Sadhana or spiritual discipline. The mantra has three names of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. They are Hare, Krishna, and Rama.
Meaning of Hare, Krishna, and Rama
Hare represents the inner potency of the Supreme Lord Krishna. Hare is also the name of Lord Krishna’s love and service potency, namely Shrimati Radharani. Chanting Hare regulates the heart chakra and cleanses the muck within the heart.

The Heart chakra is the meeting point of the higher chakras, namely the Sahasra, Ajna, and Vishuddhi, and the lower chakras, namely the Muladhara, Swadhisthana, and Manipuraka chakras respectively. Hence chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra refers to the balancing and harmonizing of the higher and lower chakras.
What is the Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra and its Mantric Equivalence
Sriman Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is the combined incarnation of Sri Sri Radha Krishna. Likewise The Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra is the geometric essence of the combined current of the Sri Kṛṣṇa the Srimati Rādhārani.
Moreover, it is a sacred diagram through which the vibration of the Mahāmantra finds a visual form.
By worshipping this yantra, the seeker collectively invokes the Nāma (Name) and Rūpa (Form) aspects of the deity. The circles represent the endless infinite glories of Hari Nama. The upward pointing triangle represents the supreme masculine energy, which embodies as Sri Krishna while the downward pointing triangle represents the supreme feminine energy, embodied by Srimati Radharani. At the center the Om correspond to Kṛṣṇa, Rādhā, and Caitanya Mahāprabhu, the triune manifestation of Awareness, Divine Love, and Grace.
Just as chanting the Mahāmantra purifies the heart through sound, meditating upon this yantra purifies perception through sight. This yantra also highlights the merging of Jnana (Sri Krishna), Bhakti (Srimati Radharani) and Vairagya (Sriman Chaitanya Mahaprabhu).

The Hare Kṛṣṇa Mahāmantra:
हरे कृष्ण हरे कृष्ण कृष्ण कृष्ण हरे हरे ।
हरे राम हरे राम राम राम हरे हरे ॥
Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare
Hare Rāma Hare Rāma Rāma Rāma Hare Hare
consists of 3 main names- Hare, Krishna and Rama. Together, they form the 6 core syllables that are repeated within the mantra. These core syllables are mirrored in the yantra’s six-pointed star. It highlights the presence of the 3 internal potencies and their deities.
3 Internal Potencies of Bhagawan
- Hlādinī-śakti → Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī (the bliss or love potency , the power through which Sri Krishna experiences and bestows divine love)
- Sandhinī-śakti → Śrī Balarāma (the existential potency. The One who sustains Sri Krishna’s abodes, forms, and paraphernalia)
- Samvit-śakti’s source → Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself (the conscious principle, the ultimate reality through whom knowledge, awareness, and bliss are unified)
Benefits of the Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra

The benefits of this yantra are both inner and outer. It awakens Bhakti-rasāyana. It awakens devotion that transforms ordinary emotion into divine service.
- Activates the Heart-Intelligence
The yantra refines emotions, transforming restlessness into longing for the Divine Couple. Its power activates the Heart Chakra, melting rigidity and allowing devotion to flow effortlessly. It breaks the Ego and makes a person receptive to harsh corrections from the guru, so that inner growth takes place.
- Balances Mind and Prāṇa
This Yantra holds the energies of 3 Prime deities (Srimati Radharani, Sri Krishna and Sri Balarama). It is a simple yet direct medium to connect with higher consciousness and get rid of mind chatter. It balances both the mind and body.
- Strengthens Faith and Steadiness
The Lord incarnated as Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and set the standards of a pure devotee. When approached with the desire for devotion, the devotee experiences fewer oscillations between enthusiasm and doubt. One develops unshakeable faith and willpower.
- Purifies Surroundings
When installed on a clean altar, the yantra radiates a sattvic vibration that neutralizes agitation and invites stillness. It keeps away envious and negative people from the sadhaka who is devoted to the Lord.
- Enhances Scriptural Study
Reading the Chaitanya Charitāmṛta before it invokes experiential comprehension rather than mere intellectual reading. It opens the granthis that prevents divine knowledge from reaching the soul. It empowers the soul to take charge and inspires one to lead a Dharmic life.
- Accelerates Karmic Healing
Old impressions (saṁskāras) related to guilt, attachment, or spiritual fatigue begin to dissolve through by worshipping this yantra.

- Promotes Joyful Discipline
It converts discipline from effort to delight. Initially, a sadhaka has to exercise force to bring about discipline in spiritual routine. However, by worshipping this yantra, the heart begins to serve voluntarily. One begins to feel a natural inclination to perform spiritual activities and render seva.
- Fosters Harmonious Relationships
By aligning the inner masculine and feminine forces (Kṛṣṇa–Rādhā), outer relationships mature in grace. If the entire family makes worshipping the Sri Krishna Chaitanya Yantra a regular feature of their routine, then all bonds blossom. Pure love shall take precedence and selfishness perishes.
- Invokes Grace of Caitanya Mahāprabhu
Above all, it opens the channel of Kṛpā (Grace), the spontaneous descent of divine compassion. At some point in time, life corners the individual, making one feel helpless. This helplessness is converted into the cry of the soul for help from the ever gracious lord Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The Supreme Lord showers his grace that helps us maneuver the challenges of life.
Structure of the Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra
The yantra contains a central six-pointed star (ṣaṭkoṇa) symbolizing the union of Puruṣa and Prakṛti, Kṛṣṇa and Rādhā, enclosed by concentric circles and protective squares (bhūpura).
- Central Bindu (ॐ)
Represents the presence of Caitanya Mahāprabhu, the living confluence of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa. Om, is the primordial sound, that is a symbol of the Shakti and Shaktiman combined in a single unit, indifferent and inseparable from another. It is the source. Likewise, in this yantra, it represents Sriman Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who is the living embodiment of the combined forces of Srimati Radharani and Sri Krishna.

- Six Sectors (1 to 6)
We briefly discussed its significance of this with respect the Mahamantra. However, it is not limited to that. The six pointed star represents the six divine qualities, Knowledge, Strength, Fame, Wealth, Dispassion, and Bliss (jñāna, vīrya, yaśa, śrī, vairāgya, ānanda).
- Outer Rectilinear Paths and Syllables
Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is that Incarnation of the Supreme Lord that expresses the Mahabhav of Srimati Radharani, the pinnacle of Madhurya Ras. Thus, at the periphery, there are 4 symbols, all denoting the names of Lord Krishna, that play a significant role in the life of a sadhaka.
- कृ (Kṛṣṇa)
He is the Supreme Attractor, the magnetic center of all love and longing. His name calls the restless wanderer to pause and turn inward. In Him, all desires find their rightful rest. Kṛṣṇa is not just the final goal of the jīva; He is also the inner compass that leads the jīva home. To step through this gateway is to admit that all pursuits- pleasure, success, knowledge, are faint reflections of the eternal search for Kṛṣṇa.
- गि (Giridhar)
He is the compassionate Bearer of the Burden, the Lord who effortlessly lifts the mountain of karma symbolized by Govardhana. In this form, He stands beside the sādhaka whispering, “Let Me carry what you cannot.” This gate marks the awakening of faith: when the seeker realizes that divine grace, not personal effort alone, sustains the path. Giridhār teaches surrender through reassurance. He carries, so that the sādhaka may continue to climb.

- गो (Govinda)
He is the Joy-Giver, the one who nourishes all beings and delights the purified senses. Go means the senses, and vinda means the giver of joy. He who grants true satisfaction. Crossing this gate represents the inner purification where love ceases to chase sensory pleasure and instead begins to return to its divine source. Govinda transforms the seeker’s craving into contentment, his wandering mind into worship.
- घ (Ghanshyām)
He is the Raincloud-Hued Beloved, tender and kind, the dark monsoon-blue Lord who brings solace to the parched heart. The name Ghanshyām signifies hope during the soul’s darkest nights, when spiritual dryness threatens perseverance. Just as monsoon clouds revive a dying earth, Śrī Ghanshyām infuses the aspirant with divine joy amidst trial, assuring that love never truly withers.
Chakra Alignment
The upward-pointing triangle relates to the higher chakras, Viśuddha, Ājñā, and Sahasrāra. It signifies the ascent of consciousness.
- Viśuddha Chakra (Throat)
Here, Śrī Kṛṣṇa manifests as the Divine Speaker of the Bhagavad Gītā and the enchanting flautist. His words purify not only intellect but also intention. Likewise, his flute touches the soul. Sri Krishna displays the two sides of the Vishuddha Chakra- wherein intellectual speech as well as loving expression co-exist. A Sadhaka meditating on these aspects of the Lord begins to develop refined communication and truth-expression.
- Ājñā Chakra (Third Eye)
In His royal aspect as Dwārakādheeśa, Sri Kṛṣṇa symbolizes one-pointed vision and perfect discrimination. He saw the world through clarity untouched by judgment. In vraja lila, although he played the pastimes of a young cowherd boy, there was no mystery behind the Lord’s supremacy. He saw through the demons who tried to kill Him. Thus, a devotee meditating upon the upward triangle develops a spiritual vision because of an activated Ajna Chakra.
- Sahasrāra Chakra (Crown)
As the Supreme Yogi, Kṛṣṇa transcends all dualities of pleasure and pain, attachment and aversion. His renunciation of Vraja and the Gopis in the earthly pastime, abandonment of Mathurā, and finally even His own clan represents how a devotee shall progress through the various phases of life in an unattached manner. This represents the aspect of an awakened Sahasrara Chakra. When the aspirant meditates upon the upward triangle with the longing to transcend the frailties of mind, the Sahasrāra begins to bloom, revealing consciousness as boundless and self-effulgent. One doing Rasopasana guided by a self realized master attains complete knowledge and the mood to serve Srimati Radharani and Sri Krishnachandra’s eternal pastimes.

The downward-pointing triangle resonates primarily with the Anāhata Chakra, the heart center of unconditional love and surrender. It is through this descending current that Rādhā Śakti enters. The current of compassion completes wisdom with tenderness. It brings life into the austere and arid life of a sadhaka with a blend of zeal to continue material life, with grace and awareness.
However, this path of pure devotion (Śuddha Bhakti) demands strong foundational chakras namely Mūlādhāra, Svādhiṣṭhāna, and Maṇipūra. This is because Pure Bhakti requires voluntary vairāgya (detachment). This renunciation does not mean abandoning work or family but cultivating an inner seriousness toward sādhana. It is an unwavering commitment to protect the tender creeper of devotion (Bhakti-latā) even if life demands drastic transformation.
Thus, the Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra primarily awakens the middle to upper chakras, guiding awareness from mundane emotion to pure devotion. For grounding supportive yantras such as the Śrī Gaṇeśa Yantra or Śrī Durgā Yantra are essential. They stabilize the root while this yantra illuminates the crown.
Spiritual Centripetal Force
Unlike many yantras that propel energy outward for worldly aims or personality development, this one draws perception inward. It focuses on self growth through severe assessment of the mind. The Yantra Sadhana phal (fruit) culminates into an unbroken remembrance (smaraṇa), which is the essence of bhakti-yoga.
Mantras that can be chanted infront of the Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra
Once, an energized yantra is required, it is important to chant the appropriate mantras and a discipline so that the energy is maintained and it transforms your life. Activation is never mechanical. It unfolds through surrender and guidance of a realized Guru.
We shall discuss Mantras and Texts for both initiated and non-initiated sadhakas now.
For Initiated Sadhakas
Either one or both of the Bija mantras should be chanted in front of the Sri Krishna Chaitanya Yantra along with the Sri Krishna Chaitanya Gayatri.
- Sri Krishna Beeja Mantra:
क्लीं कृष्णाय नमः ॥ (Klīṁ Kṛṣṇāya Namaḥ ॥) - Sri Radha Beeja Mantra:
ह्रीं राधायै नमः ॥ (Hrīṁ Rādhāyai Namaḥ ॥)
When chanting both the bija mantras, they awaken the twin currents of attraction (Ākarṣaṇa śakti) and compassion (Anugraha śakti).
Mandatory: Gāyatrī Mantra of Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya:
क्लीं चैतन्याय विद्महे विश्वभराय धीमहि ।
तन्नो गौरः प्रचोदयात् ॥
Klīṁ Caitanyāya Vidhmahe Viśvabharāya Dhīmahi, Tanno Gauraḥ Prachodayāt.
Chant this at least thrice daily, at dawn, noon, and dusk, while gazing at the bindu.
For Non-Initiated Sadhakas

- The Hare Krishna Mahamantra:
हरे कृष्ण हरे कृष्ण कृष्ण कृष्ण हरे हरे ।
हरे राम हरे राम राम राम हरे हरे ॥
Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare
Hare Rāma Hare Rāma Rāma Rāma Hare Hare
This mantra is extraordinary. It is the mantra that delivers us from mundane existence and it is due to Mahaprabhu’s Nama Sankirtana of this Mantra that Bhakti exists even today, in this dark age of Kali. This mantra works like the bija mantra. It requires one to focus and chant to unlock its full potential in front of the yantra. It cleans the mind at a very rapid pace and initiates the stage of Anartha Nivritti.
- The Panchatattva Mantra:

जय श्रीकृष्णचैतन्य प्रभु नित्यानन्द श्रीअद्वैत गदाधर श्रीवासादि गौरभक्तवृन्द।
(jaya) śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya prabhu nityānanda śrī-advaita gadādhara srīvāsādi-gaura-bhakta-vṛnda
This mantra is to be recited both before beginning and after completing one full mālā of the Mahāmantra.
It invokes the boundless grace of Śrīman Chaitanya Mahāprabhu, whose divine form embodies Śrī Kṛṣṇachandra, and whose heart is one with Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī.
Along with Him, we invoke Śrīman Nityānanda Prabhu, who is none other than Ananta Śeṣa, Lord Balarāma Himself.
Śrī Gadādhara Paṇḍita is the incarnation of Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī, but without Her supreme Mahābhāva, for Her heart resides within Chaitanya Mahāprabhu.
Śrī Advaita Ācārya is the manifestation of Sadāśiva, while Śrīvāsa Paṇḍita represents the divine sage Nārada Muni.
Thus, this invocation honors the Pañca-Tattva, the five transcendental manifestations through whom the mercy of the Holy Name descends upon the world.
Preparation Process at YantraChants.com
At YantraChants.com, every Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra is drawn manually on Bhojpatra with natural elements to create the spiritual structure.
The process follows the Guru-paramparā:
- Purity of Time
Yantra creation begins during an auspicious lunar day (tithi of Śukla Ekādaśī or Pūrṇimā). Other auspicious days that are considered for this yantra are: Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Radhastami, and Holi. Above all Gaura Poornima is the most active period to get the Gaura Yantra created. However, at other times of the year, a suitable date and time is selected based on birth details of the individual seeking the yantra.
- Purity of Intention and Mantra Japa Sadhana
https://yantrachants.com/garuda-dhandakam-and-sri-garuda-yantra.Before the commencement of the yantra making, Sri Krishna Caitanya Gāyatrī is chanted on the Tulsi Mala for a specific count. This invokes Sriman Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and infuses His grace.
- Energization (Prāṇa-pratiṣṭhā)

Guruji Śrī Damodar Dās Mahārāj performs mantra-infusion through incense, lamp, and mental visualization of Sri Gaura-Nityānanda, who are very dear to Him. These two radiant forms of the Lord are like the sun and moon that sustains the spirit of Bhakti in a sadhaka. Without their grace, it is impossible to develop purity of emotion and intention. Finally, each yantra is framed for daily worship. They are not mass produced or commercial products. They are to be treated with utmost reverence as it is Guru-energized for individual seekers.
Importance of a Self-Realized Guru
A yantra without a Guru is like a lamp without oil. The Guru connects the devotee’s personal current to the universal grid.
When the Guru consecrates the yantra, his prāṇa establishes Saṅkalpa śakti within it. The diagram then becomes a conscious presence.
In the life of the recipient, such a Guru-activated yantra manifests as:
- Inner clarity during chanting
- Timely opportunities for service
- Gradual dissolution of egoic resistance
- Surges of devotional emotion balanced by tranquility
It is important that one worships the yantra to honor the power of the Yantra Devata and the Guru as well as Parampara Shakti that is embedded within the Sri Krishna Chaitanya Yantra.
Advanced Signs of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Yantra Worship
Advanced sādhakas have reported:
- Fragrance of sandalwood emanating from the Yantra, although there is no apparent source of it.
- Sudden tears or overwhelming emotions when reading Caitanya Charitāmṛta.
- Dreams of sacred rivers or glimpses of Navadvīpa.
- Natural detachment from gossip or noise.
- Hears the name Radha more often than before.

Such experiences are signs of anugraha (grace). But, they are not goals. These signs become visible to encourage one. Remain humble and grateful. During Gaura Pūrṇimā, worship the yantra with Tulsi leaves/ garland and chant the Mahāmantra 108 times; it magnifies its potency manifold. This is safe to chant by anyone since there is not initiation required.
A Practical Guide on How to Combine the Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Yantra with “Chaitanya Charitāmṛta”
1) Preparation & Saṅkalpa
Place the yantra on a clean altar facing East or North-East. Sit facing East. Light a ghee diya and offer tulasī leaves, flowers, and pure water.
Pray within: “May this practice deepen devotion, dispel fears, and awaken pure love for Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya.”
2) Daily Practice Flow
Begin with slow breathing; rest attention on the Om at the center. Inhale and exhale 3 times with mind on Sriman Mahaprabhu and eyes on the Om symbol. After that, read one section of Chaitanya Charitāmṛta or keep a fixed number of verses daily.
After reading, chant the Kṛṣṇa Bīja Mantras 108 times if initiated, else chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra while visualizing light expanding from Om through the star and then into your heart.

Conclude with one repetition of the Caitanya Gāyatrī (if initiated) else you can chant the Panchatattva Mantra-
जय श्रीकृष्णचैतन्य प्रभु नित्यानन्द श्रीअद्वैत गदाधर श्रीवासादि गौरभक्तवृन्द।
(jaya) śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya prabhu nityānanda śrī-advaita gadādhara srīvāsādi-gaura-bhakta-vṛnda
Observe silence for a brief period, after this process. Allow the spiritual energy to penetrate into your being and then humbly bow down in front of the yantra, with gratitude.
3) Integration & Cautions
Follow the practice for 40 to 90 days with a calm and devotional attitude, free from anxiety about results. Maintain purity of space, body, and conduct throughout.
If traveling, you may carry the yantra with you, provided that worship or seva can be rendered in a respectful and undisturbed manner. Alternatively, you may leave the yantra in your home temple after offering a brief mental prayer. This simple act of inner connection keeps the spiritual current alive, allowing you to continue receiving the yantra’s subtle grace even while away.
During occasions such as shifting residence or cleaning the altar, if the outer frame of the yantra happens to break, it may be replaced reverently. However, if the inner Bhojpatra, the sacred body of the yantra, is torn, cut, or otherwise damaged, it should be retired respectfully. The proper way is to either immerse it in a clean river or natural water body, or to wrap it in a white or yellow cloth and place it beneath a sacred tree with a silent prayer of gratitude.
Such gestures of care honor the living sanctity of the yantra, ensuring that its presence continues as a blessing..
Benefits of Chanting Hare, Rama, and Krishna
Chanting the Lord’s name Rama especially balances the fire, sun, and moon elements. Chanting the name Krishna evokes great power through the Vishuddhi chakra and the name Hare, which represents Srimati Radha Rani, cleanses the lower tendencies of the heart and makes it pure by regular chanting of the 16 names. Of the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra, one becomes composed and peaceful.
Importance of 16 Rounds and Tulsi Beads
It is necessary that one should take up 16 rounds of chanting on a 108 bead mala or rosary made of tulsi or basil plant stem. Chanting the Maha Mantra on tulsi beads is highly beneficial because the toxins of the body-mind are absorbed and grounded by the tulsi beads as one chants the mantra.

Regular repetition of sixteen rounds of Mahamantra every day for a period of six months will ensure that all blockages of emotions that normally happen in the heart are removed. If the chanting is sincere and well-intentioned, one can never develop heart disease.
One shall start getting good sleep and energy to work and perform gets enhanced dramatically. It shall also draw the immense grace of Lord Krishna and the greatest advantage of chanting the Maha mantra is that one shall develop clarity of thought and the decision-making capability of the individual is increased by over 100 times.
Spiritual and Physical Benefits
By regular chanting of the mantra, one will slowly move to the spiritual domain and give up materialistic views about life. One should also develop great, convincing and logical capabilities as one regularly chants the mantra.
If one takes to the spiritual path by choice, as one keeps chanting the mantra, the mantra has the capability to draw one’s spiritual master through sustained repetitions of the mantra.

The Hare Krishna Maha Mantra is like pure undiluted nectar which can grant immortality to the chanter and one will soon realize the purpose of life and shall be given a vision of what lies beyond death through regular chanting.
The Power of the Mantra According to Acharyas
The Acharyas in Sanatana Dharma, especially the teachers of Bhakti, have revealed that the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra is the ultimate mantra that can dissolve all material problems and raise the consciousness of the chanter.
In the spiritual plane, the mantra has the capacity to cleanse the heart of the Sadhaka completely, just as acid burns and cleans filth that is trapped inside a ditch. Over many lifetimes, our hearts have become full of muck and dirty thoughts that have clouded our consciousness.
When one chants this mantra, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Hare, Hare, Hare Ram, Hare Ram, Ram, Ram, Hare, Hare. Our heart starts responding to the vibrations of the mantra.
The Mantra’s Cleansing Process
With enough practice, the mantra starts vibrating by itself in our hearts and silently carries on with its work of cleaning our hearts. The great teacher of the Gaudiya Sampradaya, Sridhar Dev Goswami Maharaj, reveals that this mantra is transcendental.

He says that the mantra can be only heard perfectly through spiritual ears and can be truly chanted by a tongue that is spiritual. Ordinary souls who are steeped in sin find it difficult to chant the simple names of the Lord, such as Hare, Rama, and Krishna included in the mantra.
However, if a person commits himself into chanting this mantra by the blessings of Nama Prabhu or the deity representing the holy names, slowly the senses and the mind of the chanter get cleansed and refined.
Development of Higher Taste Through Chanting
The person chanting this mantra continuously but slowly but surely, loses interest in lower tendencies and shall develop a higher taste. He shall lose the tendency to get attracted to sensual objects and instead finds solace in associating with Saints and pastimes of the Lord.
Such a process will automatically manifest in the chanter’s life by increasing bhakti in their heart and love for the Lord. Sridhar Dev Goswami reveals the exalted position of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra as compared to other mantras which are useful to attract certain advantages within the material sphere.
The Mantra as a Wish-Fulfilling Tree
The Vaishnavas consider the Hare Krishna Mahamantra as a Kalpa Vriksha, or the wish-fulfilling tree, which can attract both material things as well as the spiritual realm of Vaikuntha.
The glories of the Mahamantra were first revealed in great detail by the incarnation of Sri Krishna in Kali Yuga, namely Sriman Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. He revealed that a person armed with the Hare Krishna Mahamantra on the tongue has all the riches as well as arms and ammunition in his hands.

Such a Sadhaka of the Mahamantra shall not worry for his food, shelter, and clothing. The Mahamantra has the ability to manifest anything that the chanter needs and deserves.
The Universality of the Mantra
Since the Mahamantra is wish-fulfilling and has no specific rules for eligibility, anyone can chant the mantra at any time or place, irrespective of whether one is in a clean or unclean condition. Women can chant this mantra without restriction.
The Mahamantra is dear to the Lord. It consists of the divine names of the Lord, such as Hare, Rama, and Krishna. Hare represents the vocative case of the name Hara, which is another name for the power of the Lord. This name also represents Shrimati Radharani, the pleasure or bliss of the Lord.
Ideal Chanting Routine
The names Rama and Krishna represent the two incarnations of Lord Narayana. Some Saints have also described the name Rama as the name of Balarama, the elder brother of Sri Krishna.
Some also say that Hara is the vocative case for a name of Lord Narayana, Hari. There are 16 names of the Lord in the Mahamantra. It is ideal to chant 64 rounds of the Mahamantra on a rosary or mala of 108 tulsi beads. Such chanting can yield spectacular and unbelievable results if the sadhaka chants 64 rounds every day for a period of 41 days.

Q5. Can I chant “Hare Kṛṣṇa” while gazing at it?
Yes, anyone can chant the Mahamantra in front of the yantra. It is advised to chant the Mahamantra at least 108 times (1 Mala) either on a counter or Tulsi Mala (if food consumed does not contain onion and garlic). If food habits are not fully sattvik then you should use a neem mala instead.
Q6. Is it safe to gift this yantra to others?

Q9. How to place it in temples or offices?
This yantra is ideal to be placed in your home temple, in the East or North-East (Iśānya). This ensures sattvic energy. When done so, the yantra yields maximum benefit for one’s spiritual growth, as the vibration of that corner does not conflict with the intrinsic nature of the yantra.
You can keep this yantra in your altar while ensuring that there are no tantrik deities/photos placed in your altar since their energies are in sharp contrast with the Sri Krishna Chaitanya Yantra. All deities of Sattvik energy (Like Sri Rama, Sri Krishna, Sri Hanuman ji Maharaj, etc) can be safely kept along with this yantra. Avoid keeping it in office until provisions in the house cannot be made. During the menstrual cycle, women can pause direct offerings or touching of the yantra and instead maintain mental worship through silent remembrance of Mahaprabhu, Srimati Radharani and Sri Krishnachandra. One should keep chanting the Mahamantra as usual, on a counter. Devotion remains equally pure and powerful; only the expression becomes inward and more contemplative than expanding into external rituals. Placing the Krishna Yantra, Radha Yantra and The Sri Krishna Chaitanya Yantra together in the altar or in your North East wall of your house (dedicated for worship), is extremely auspicious. It supports the growth of Bhakti and keeps you firm on your final goal of attaining love of the Divine Couple.
