While searching for Lakshmi beeja mantras, there is a preference for easy yet powerful mantras. Among all the prosperity mantras, Shreem is highly revered.

The Beeja  “Shreem” itself is simple, sweet, and potent. This mantra is dedicated to Lakshmi Devi, the chief consort of Mahavishnu.

Sri Lakshmi Dev sits near the Lotus feet of Lord Vishnu, eternally engaged in serving and massaging His lotus feet. She also dwells on the Lord’s chest, as the renowned Shri Vatsa mark. She, through the Beeja “Shreem” is Prosperity and Peace incarnate.

A Detailed Understanding of the Shreem Mantra

Each syllable in the Shreem mantra signifies a unique aspect.

Sh: This sound vibration refers to Goddess Lakshmi, the presiding deity of the Mantra. So the mantra begins with her invocation.

Ra: symbolises wealth, the primary purpose associated with Lakshmi beeja.

Ee: stands for contentment, the state of mind wealth is expected to produce.

Usually wealth also brings a lot of worries and fears around long-term savings, taxes, protection from theft, investments etc. However the wealth produced through the Shreem Mantra brings contentment and freedom. The wealth thus derived encourages one to perform dharmic activities like donation, gau seva, pilgrimage etc thereby increasing Punya and bringing all-round wellbeing.

M: represents Brahman, the Ultimate Truth. Usually all Beejas end with the “m” syllable because they derive transformational strength through Brahma tattva.

The Important Caution About Beejas

Beeja mantras have their restrictions. Only initiated seekers are authorised to recite beeja mantras and since Shreem is also a beeja it becomes less accessible to common man.

How then can uninitiated seekers avail the benefits of the shreem mantra? The answer lies in using a guru-energized Kamalgatta mala.

The Alternative Route: Using a Guru-Energized Kamalagatta Japa Mala

Not everyone is duly initiated by a guru. Understanding this practical concern, the given framework is designed for seekers who want to experience the same benefits of the Shreem Mantra.

  1. The Japa Mala is Guru-Energized: After receiving your enquiry, each Kamalgatta Japa Mala is energized based on your birth details. After a dedicated puja, the mala is dispatched to your residence. By doing so, the Mala aligns with your specific frequency becoming your life-long spiritual companion.
  2. Pure Kamalgatta Beads: Mahalakshmi devi is also known as Kamalavasini or Kamala, who abides on a lotus. The Kamalgatta mala too is strewn with natural dried seeds of lotus flower complementing the nature of Lakshmi sadhana.

Benefits of Shreem Mantra

Invites Abundance and Prosperity

Uttering Shreem invites wealth and prosperity to your doorstep. In some households, there is always some unexpected expense. The income frequently goes out as repairs, subscriptions, or tiny day to day expenses which makes savings extremely hard. The Mantra ensures that Sri Lakshmi stays as stable savings, long-term prosperity. In today’s world of unemployment, the mantra opens new avenues for financial security. It also lessens the burden of debts too.

Removes Insecurities about wealth

A child under the comforting care of his mother never worries about lack. He simply leads a worry-free life, knowing that his needs are well-taken care of by his parents.

Goddess Lakshmi depicted as a comforting, nourishing mother tenderly holding a sleeping child in her lap, representing absolute safety from financial anxieties and worldly worries.

The Shreem beeja too is encoded with Mother Lakshmi’s nourishing grace. When Devi is pleased, the chanter never suffers from financial insecurities or future worries. Whenever a need arises, there is always enough wealth for immediate expenses, invoking the mother’s blessings in ways beyond imagination. All of life’s basic necessities are beautifully arranged by divine grace.  When chanted with devotion, the mantra removes scarcity mindset, self-worth issues, poverty, doubt, and financial anxiety. It fills the heart with confidence and inbuilt a sense of faith in the divine mother.

Brings Progressive Energy

Since, the Shreem mantra is associated with wealth, it brings progressive energy. The mantra removes stagnancy, making the reciter focus on growth. Psychologically too, the devotee walks past his/her old grudges and resentments, becoming more future focussed. Shreem mantra is like a battery surcharging you with positivity. The mantra improves concentration and deals with your mental blocks. It also grants peace of mind and gratitude by learning to appreciate the goodness in our lives.

Improves Relationships and Mutual Harmony

Mahalakshmi Devi rules the Planet Venus: The General Significator for Attraction, and spouse relationships. Hence, chanting this mantra regularly gradually improves mutual understanding between family members. Mahalakshmi Devi makes your home a little haven where members become accommodating and open to understanding each other. Naturally, conflicts reduce because Devi Lakshmi only resides in a house where there is peace and cleanliness.

Gives you a Magnetic aura

While Kleem is the main mantra for romantic attraction, Shreem also brings these qualities, but of a different kind. Chanting Shreem brings a flair of richness, flamboyance and class along with it, unlike the romantic attraction. It builds a luxurious aura around you impressing the onlookers. You develop a powerful personality and spread your radiance wherever you go.

Connects you with Shakti in her Nourishing form

Know that Lakshmi devi is not just about wealth and prosperity. Being the beloved consort of Mahavishnu she reigns over the domain of Vaikuntha, which lies far beyond the material existence. Mahalakshmi devi has two sides to her persona. She sustains the material universe as the provider of wealth and worldly riches. She also has an extremely devoted and motherly side that accommodates and nurtures the devotees of Lord Vishnu.

Those who chant Shreem for the pure motherly love of the goddess, transcend all mundane material problems and attain the highest bliss.
