Rishyashringi: The famous Putrakameshti Yajna
King Dasharatha accidentally killed Shravana Kumara using the Shabda-Bhedi arrow, leading him to seek atonement through the Putra Kameshti Yajna. Sage Rishyashringi, known for his ability to end famine, was invited to conduct the yajna. The sacred ritual resulted in Agnideva blessing the king with divine sweet rice, which led to the birth of Lord Rama and his brothers.
