Introduction
We face many problems in everyday life, from financial stress to failing relationships. We are in an age of anxiety where ‘hire and fire’ has become common in employment. You name it, and a problem awaits us at the door. Not that they were absent earlier, only that their variety and their grip have tightened with every passing year.
So, we need real solutions for these hardships. Dreams are sold at an unaffordable price. In this age of hypocrisy and self-promotion, people mistake these dreams as solutions. The reality is far from it.
Significance of Right Spiritual Guidance During Challenging Times
A person may know what is right. Yet pressure can still force him into haste. I shall provide you with a quick example. A man has elderly parents, an unmarried younger sister, and a low-paying job.
The sister receives a marriage proposal from a well-to-do family. Compelled by family circumstances and his sense of duty, the young man takes a substantial loan, pledging his modest home to meet his sister’s future in-laws’ demands. The man knows that this loan can become catastrophic. If he misses even two installments, he may lose his house. But the urgency of his sister’s marriage forces him into such a hasty decision. What can he do?
Thus, the man loses clarity under societal pressure. His resolve to avoid a future catastrophe has weakened. He fails to foresee that his sister may suffer in a household that prioritizes wealth over human goodness.
This is where a sincere person looks toward the Supreme, Sri Krishna. We must remember one point: grace often appears in times of hardship.

Sri Krishna is more than a deity of devotion.
People worship Sri Krishna as Bhagawan. But only some learn from Him. He is not just a deity. He is our personal friend, our guide, and true benefactor. He remains deeply relevant to modern hardship. We shall see how.
Solutions to Modern-Day Stress from the Mahabharata
The Mahabharata is not only a story of war. It is the field where Dharma becomes difficult.
Yudhishthira knew the danger of the dice game. Still, he thought, “Just one more game. This time I shall win.” But he lost everything. He did not want Sri Krishna’s presence to confront his decision. In that moment, he failed to depend on Sri Krishna’s guidance.
Is this very different from modern life? Today, a person may invest lakhs in the share market. Then suddenly, a political crisis, a war, or an unforeseen event changes everything. Plans collapse, savings reduce, peace disappears.
Why does this happen? Often, we do not bring the teachings and the Lord’s will into our decisions. We act from excitement, fear, greed, or pressure. Then how can the mind remain peaceful? The Mahabharata shows this clearly.

Bhima and Arjuna were both great personalities. Yet even they were not free from weakness. The epic shows that Bhima was sometimes overcome by appetite and force.
Arjuna was sometimes touched by pride and confusion. At times, they consulted Sri Krishna. At other times, they acted according to their own will. This made outcomes uncertain. They also paid a price for it.
Karna was brilliant and brave. But his friendship with the unrighteous Duryodhana covered his greatness. His loyalty was strong. But it was placed in the wrong direction. Can Sri Krishna favor such a path, even if the person appears brave?

The Mahabharata is not different from the life of the common man. We all possess some qualities of the Pandavas and Kauravas to varying degrees. So, our dilemma is closer to theirs.
Currently, we do not know what we should choose or leave behind. Just as Sri Krishna represented the guide of the Pandavas, He is present even today in the form of our inner guide.
In the next section we shall explore how.
Sri Krishna appears where confusion is greatest.
Sri Krishna helps us when we look up to Him. We must know that He appeared as an Avatara so that we can connect with Him. When life is peaceful, no one remembers the divine. Only when challenged, perturbed, or in confusion, do we become capable of receiving His Grace. That is Sri Krishna’s unique character.
Arjuna considered Sri Krishna as his bosom friend but looked upto Him as Guru, Guide, and sole benefactor when He was torn between Dharma on one side and His close relatives at the other, which included his revered Guru Drona and His dearest grandsire Bheeshma Deva.

He needed Sri Krishna the most during these difficult times. Arjuna was burdened by His duty, pondered over fleeing and taking up the renounced order of life to save himself from the sin of slaying his relatives. Morally Arjuna was muddled and had no one to look upto but Sri Krishna, whom he accepted as his Guru.
Arjuna’s collapse is the modern man’s collapse.
Arjuna’s setback is verily reflected in the common man’s situation in the modern world. Mahabharata for the average man has many characters: his boss, his competitors in business, His neighbours, His family, His reputation, which is constantly in opposition with his intentions. A person may dislike the people with whom he does his business, but has to inquire about them as if he were concerned about them.
A lie demands memory to keep alive, because it keeps changing. But, truth needs no effort because it remains the same.
Guruji Shri Damodar Das Ji Maharaj
What he is within is not what he displays outwardly, thereby creating great stress and anxiety. His job or occupation may require him to compromise with certain principles, which he would have held dearly at a younger age. Now, he cannot face himself because he is slowly becoming morally exhausted. The mind is plagued with opposing viewpoints, confusion, and indecision. This is the Mahabharata battlefield that an average man is put into in these challenging times.
How to Build Connection with Sri Krishna
Just as Arjuna turned to Sri Krishna for help, we too can seek this help because it is easily available to all of us today. We know that our mind is full of confusion and dilemma, akin to the battlefield of Kurukshetra. We are fighting the war of survival in a world that is fast changing preventing us from keeping pace with it. Value systems have been falling, and relationships have lost their meaning.
So the only way is to seek an anchor. We have seen that hearing great men talk on social media, imitating influencers, or finding shortcuts have never helped. So, there is no point in being hopeful about it. It’s high time that a true seeker attaches oneself to Sri Krishna.
This is possible by connecting with text and spiritual tools that verily represent Sri Krishna. The Srimad Bhagawatham, Srimad Bhagawad Gita and the Sri Krishna Yantra are direct mediums that can help us connect.
In the Yantra tradition, the Sri Krishna Yantra is treated as His sacred geometric representation. Focusing on it reinstates faith, drawing the mind away from negative loops . It also brings forth genuine direction. So here, we find the Krishna Yantra really useful.
How an Authentic Bhoj Patra Sri Krishna Yantra Supports Us Emotionally
The Sri Krishna Yantra has the power to draw the qualities, energy, and the causal qualities of Bhagawan within its geometry. That is its potency.

When the Yantra is made on Bhojpatra (Himalayan Birch) with high-energy Ayurvedic elements (a mixture of 8 natural ingredients) it is powerful, owing to its traditional method of preparation. This handmade yantra carries the vibration of the guru and is energized through the parampara system.
The Lord is invited to reside in the sacred Himalayan Birch, especially because of the Parampara’s Grace and devotion of the guru who prepares the geometry of the yantra.
There are many excellent qualities of the Sri Krishna Yantra. One among them is the power of attraction, also known as Akarshana Shakti. Firstly, it attracts the mind towards Bhagawan rather than getting stuck in other material loops. Also, the seeker becomes more receptive to suitable guidance and circumstances.

The Sri Krishna Yantra helps restore the mind’s innate potency, lost due to life’s many challenges. It reduces confusion, thereby calming the mind. It re-instills the sense of duty and responsibility. If a person on the other hand is bearing too much responsibility then the Sri Krishna Yantra gives one the strength to fulfil duties without heaviness.
The supreme powers are unlocked by those who have faith in the Yantra, knowing well that it is the representation of the Supreme Lord. He must not only revere and worship the Yantra in his home altar but also in the temple of the heart. Even remembering the Shri Krishna Yantra once installed at the Home altar through an authentic process (which we detail in our Yantra Guide PDF) can have far-reaching effects.
Above all benefits the Sri Krishna Yantra goes a long way in restoring our Dharma values. It helps build a genuine bond with Bhagawan and invites Sri Krishna into our lives.
Mood While Approaching the Sri Krishna Yantra.
Most people pray for a solution, but the mind is not fertile enough to hold the intent because it is dispersed. Our energy and will is not strong enough to attract help. So, the Sri Krishna Yantra serves as a powerful device that can harmonize and direct our intent.
It must be remembered that the Sri Krishna Yantra cannot be used to force an outcome. It is not a magical instrument that can change things overnight. However, if used under guidance, it can become a powerful conduit to direct our prayers in the right manner and create an opening.

It is a Sattvik Yantra that works on deeper levels of consciousness and existence. It helps align our minds effectively, which are otherwise dispersed and feeble. When the mind is disturbed, it reacts. When the mind is anchored, it observes. The Yantra becomes a support system.
While one continues taking sound advice in financial and health matters, the Sri Krishna Yantra guides you to the right sources. The yantra should be approached to gain direction and not as a quick fix for life concerns.
Sri Krishna: The Constant Companion
We must remember that, having mentioned the many benefits of the Sri Krishna Yantra, the core value that the Yantra provides is the constant remembrance of Sri Krishna. Remembering Him is invoking Him in our hearts. The yantra becomes an easy passage towards remembering Bhagawan. It reminds us that Sri Krishna is not separate from our life’s decisions. When we feel alone, we find our problems huge.

But, the Sri Krishna Yantra is a constant companion, supporting us through the highs and lows of life.
It draws Sri Krishna very close to our hearts. So although we may have karmas to undergo, we always have the helping hand and grace of Bhagawan Sri Krishna flowing through the Yantra.
The Yantra is a direct reassurance that the great Lord is there with you. Therefore, no decision is taken in a haste or under the influence of fear, greed, anger, or pressure, etc.
Sri Krishna Yantra helps us pray with a calmer heart. It can help us remember Sri Krishna before choosing a path.
This is the spirit that we at YantraChants.com approach the Sri Krishna Yantra with. We do not intend to provide shortcuts. This is because there are no shortcuts in life. Even while we do karmic reading for seekers, we advise individuals to pray sincerely to the yantra devata as it is a direct means to connect with the Divine.
A sincere person still has to act. He must choose wisely. He still has to walk the path of Dharma. But when the mind is heavy, even a sincere person needs support.
A Step-by-Step Guide: Using the Sri Krishna Yantra for Spiritual Stress Relief

1. Install the Sri Krishna Yantra
Place the Sri Krishna Yantra facing South-West or facing West. That is placed in the North-East or Eastern part of the room. This is highly recommended for the Guru-Energized Bhojpatra Yantra, considering that such a Yantra is extremely effective for sadhana.
2. Worship the Yantra
Decorate the Yantra with fresh flowers. Place them with love and Bhava remembering Sri Krishna. Place a lit mud lamp with clarified butter (ghee) or Sesame oil. Light it with love and prostrate before it as you sit.
3. Prepare the Inner Sanctum
Sit comfortably in the room with, ideally facing East or North-East, facing the Sri Krishna Yantra. Sit on a woolen or pure Cotton Asana. Take a few breaths. Do not chant any Beeja mantras, if you have not received initiation. This is important.
4. Meditate on the Yantra
Place your vision on the Lotus petals of the Yantra, recalling the Lotus feet of Lord Sri Krishna. Remind yourself that the Lotus represents the resting place for your heart, where all your worries, confusions, and inner battles are dissolving. Slowly move your attention inward to the star.
Focus on each triangle of the 6 pointed start, surrendering within your heart the six passions of Lust, Anger, Greed, Illusion, Self-pride, and Envy at each of the 6 triangles. Empty the mind and leave all worries behind. Dwell on this aspect of meditation for about 5 to 7 minutes.
5. Focus on the Beeja Mantras and Invoke Bhagawan

This is the most intense aspect of the meditation. Dwell on the Mantras Kleem, Hreem, and Shreem. Focus on the script but avoid repeating it, especially if not initiated. Focus on the Attractive aspect of Lord Krishna as you meditate on kleem.
Likewise, invite the Divine grace of Devi and the abundance aspect of the divine as you shift your focus from Kleem to Hreem and Shreem Beeja.
Perform this meditation for about 2 to 3 minutes. You may count your breath and time them. Do not do forceful breathing. Breathe naturally.
6. Conclude your Meditation
Close your eyes gently. Try to recollect the Yantra in your heart by invoking the image of Sri Krishna’s Lotus feet at the center of the Yantra.
Chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra a few times. After about 11 chants, maintain silence, focus on your breath and open your eyes gently. Prostrate before the Yantra and offer all your desires at the feet of Yantra Devata.
This is a powerful Meditation process that invokes the dormant spiritual energy of Bhagawan through the Yantra.
