Return and Refund Policy

At YantraChants.com, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines our commitment to transparency and your rights as a receiver. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below to understand your options.
- Order Cancellation: We do not offer Cancellation once the order has been placed at any point during the course of lifecycle of the Product transition from Order to Delivery.
- Return Shipping: We have no provision of Return of a Product that has been delivered.
- Refunds: Once a product has entered the order or delivery cycle and payment has been made, refunds will not apply.
- Exchanges: We currently do not support exchange of a product for which an order has been already placed or has been delivered. Each Yantra is individually prepared and specifically energized for the person with his/her birth details. Thus, once a Yantra has been created, energized, and dispatched, it cannot be exchanged as it cannot be reassigned or given to anyone else.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 3-day return/refund (once it has reached the recipient) window for specific items, provided they meet the criteria below:
- Non-Digital Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, you are entitled to a full refund (only applicable for international orders) or a free replacement (only applicable for domestic Indian orders).
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
Given the nature of spiritual and digital offerings, certain items are exempt from refunds:
- Digital Downloads: For paid/ on request digital Mantra guide, Puja Process PDF, or audio file there is no provision for refund.
- Personalized Rituals/Services: Dakshina (Fees) for customized Poojas, consultations, or special Yantra energization services are non-refundable.
3. How to Report a Product Issue
To report a discrepancy, buyers can follow these steps:
- Email Us: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at spiritualenergy@yantrachants.com or +91 9760423680 (within 3 days after receiving the product) with your Full Name, Date of Order Placement, Ordered Items and a brief description of the issue.
- Verification: For damaged physical goods, please attach a clear photo of the item and the packaging. Upon verification we will provide a full refund, including shipping charges (applies only for international order) or a replacement product (applies only for domestic Indian orders) will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Having said that, the final right to accept or decline a defective/damaged product request remains with YantraChants.com.
4. Processing Your Refund
For International orders, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc).
