1. Order Processing Time

  • Spiritual Preparation: All orders are processed within a minimum of 5 business days after payment confirmation, owing to their handmade nature/energization rituals before dispatch. To know the exact processing time for your specific order, kindly get in touch with us personally.
  • Operational Hours: We accept Enquiries and Orders on all weekdays. However, preparation and dispatching processes are carried out from Monday to Friday.
  • High Volume Periods: During major Vedic/Local festival periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email/ WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services like [DTDC, DHL, FedEx, BlueDart, etc.] to ensure safe delivery of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free delivery within India. The delivery time varies based on your location.
Delivery time: 3-5 business days. For handmade products, its making time will be additionally considered as detailed in the ‘Order Processing Time‘ section.

International Shipping

International Shipping costs depend on the country and specific location of the customer. Kindly get in touch with us via Whatsapp: +91 7417238880, to know the total cost of the Yantra (which will include the Shipping charges).

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier-related issues which is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or Whatsapp notification with a tracking number and the carrier website link to track your order online. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated once you receive your tracking number.

4. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide to support seekers across the globe.

  • Customs & Duties: Yantra Chants is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order as they are country-specific. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays/additional fees applied due to misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Unresolved Delivery Issues: If you are unable to retrieve the courier despite it reaching your country, (due to missing documents from the buyer’s end based on his/her destination country rules), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we are not held accountable. You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for return.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48-72 hours of delivery) at spiritualenergy@yantrachants.com or +91 7417238880 with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement (for Indian Orders) or refund (for International Orders).
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and keep checking your mailbox to receive the courier notifications. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action.

7. Packaging & Handling

To ensure the energetic integrity of your items, we use sturdy boxes, and secure, aesthetic packaging. Every Yantra or any other product acquired from YantraChants.com is bubble-wrapped to prevent scratches or damage to the sacred geometry during transit.
